Gabriel Daniel
Co-Founder &
Director Of Operations
Gabriel brings extensive experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and diverse support needs across residential, community, and one-to-one care settings. His career has been built on fostering independence, promoting inclusion, and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to thrive. Through his hands-on experience and leadership in the field, Gabriel has developed a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, person-centered support. He is committed to ensuring that every individual and family served by L.E.X.I.S. receives care rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine connection.
Quinette Daniel

Executive Director
With over a decade of experience in Early Childhood Education, Personal Support Work, and Medical Office Administration, Quinette has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through compassionate, high-quality care. Her experience across healthcare, developmental services, and community support has strengthened her commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and the empowerment of individuals to reach their full potential. Through L.E.X.I.S. Respite & Wellness Inc., Quinette focuses on creating accessible, family-centred services that promote well-being, independence, and lasting positive outcomes.
